Wasps earn first win at Leicester Tigers in eight eight years

Wasps earned their first victory over Leicester at Welford Road since 2008 when they beat the Tigers 22-34 in the Aviva Premiership.

Both teams won their opening matches but Wasps made the stronger start and went out to an 8-13 half time lead.

Wasps extended the lead to 19 points before Leicester Tigers started their fight back which was ended when Ellis Genge and Peter Betham were yellow carded.

Wasps scored their bonus point try in the last play of the game.
