Northampton Saints beat Bristol for first win of the season

Northampton Saints earned their first victory of the Aviva Premiership season by beating Bristol 10-32 at their newly renovated Ashton Gate.

Northampton made a quick start as George North, Louis Picamoles and Ken Pisi all scored tries for the Saints before the break.

Rob McMillan scored Bristol’s opening try in the second half but they rarely threatened Northampton’s tryline and the conversion was their final score.
