Jones set’s England a target of peaking in September 2019

England head coach has revealed that he thinks the England team can still improve by another 6 to 7 % with the target of peaking at the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

Jones has set England the target of peaking around September the 20th 2019 which is the 2019 World Cup in Japan.

In an interview with former England captain Lawrence Dallaglio for BT Sport, Jones said that he had been impressed with the professionalism and standard of coaching in the Aviva Premiership and this has started being replicated in the standard of play.

Jones also admitted that he only thought England would beat Australia 2-1 in the June series and that he was surprised how well the England players performed in the third Test as the players were really tired.
