Crotty and Coles called into All Blacks squad

New Zealand’s All Blacks have called centre Ryan Crotty and hooker Dane Coles back into their squad for their final Rugby Championship match against South Africa on Saturday.

The All Blacks have already won the Rugby Championship title for a third consecutive time and since the start of the tournament in 2012 they have yet to lose a match.

Coles missed the Test in La Plata against Argentina last weekend to be at home in New Zealand for the birth of his first child.

Crotty suffered a broken cheekbone in the All Blacks 51-20 victory over Australia’s Wallabies in the second round but has now recovered and warmed up for this week by playing NPC rugby for Canterbury.

This weekend’s match against the Springboks is the final Rugby Championship match between the teams but New Zealand have a Bledisloe Cup match to play before they go on tour to the USA and the United Kingdom.

All Blacks star number 10 Dan Carter could return for the Bledisloe Cup clash after playing a comeback match for Canterbury on the weekend.

Carter suffered a broken leg earlier in the season and has missed the entire Rugby Championship but was able to kick three penalties and a conversion in the first half of Canterbury’s 28-26 loss to Southland.
