Brumbies v Sharks Super Rugby preview

However when they play in Canberra the Brumbies on average score 32 points and the Sharks 20 which shows the Brumbies score on average one converted try more when they are at home.

The Brumbies have made a couple of changes one of which is double try scorer last week Joe Tomane being dropped to the bench to come on specifially as an impact player.

The Brumbies back line should also run a bit smoother as Matt Toomua returns from injury which moves Christian Lealiifano and the rest of the backs down a place.

The Sharks on the other hand have lost Patrick Lambie for this week’s match and Frederic Michalak starts at 10. The Forwards have been beefed up a bit with the return of Jean Deysel and Steven Sykes.

The Sharks led until the last 7 minutes in last week’s match only to allow the Waratahs score a late try so they will be coming off a frustrating loss.

In contrast the Brumbies are on a high having beathn the previously unbeaten Highlanders.

The Bookies have given the Sharks a 2 point start for this match – with an offer of Bet 5 and Get 50 in Bets. The Brumbies look to be gaining some momentum so they should win by 5.

This match will be shown on TV in NZ, Aus, SA and in the UK on the Sky Sports HD1.
