Munster hit back and beat London Irish

Munster survived a second half scare by London Irish and hit back to win by 28 points to 14 in Pool 3 of the Heineken Cup at Thomond Park.

Munster were knocked out of the Heineken Cup last weekend when they lost to Toulon.

Both teams failed to score any points in the first half but half way through the second half with the scores level at 14 all Munster were almost shocked into gear and they hit back with two more tries to snatch the victory and the bonus point.

David Wallace won man of the match.

More to follow.
