South African Wessel Jooste has extended his contract at French club Bourgoin until 2011, the Top 14 outfit announced on Saturday.
The 28-year-old forward has been at the European Challenge Cup finalists since 2005.
The South African who can play at lock or in the back row, joined Bourgoin from Second Division side Aix en Provence and has played 19 times for them this season.
Bourgoin are presently 11th in the championship.
