Cipriani to take his frustrations out with Wasps

Danny Cipriani has vowed to start playing with a smile on his face again and he will start doing it at Murrayfield this weekend.

The England fly half who was dropped from the England starting line up for the clash against New Zealand last weekend will return for his club Wasps for their crucial Heineken Cup clash with Edinburgh

“For me, it’s about finding that consistency and getting that love back for rugby and playing with a smile on my face again,” Cipriani told AOL Sport.

“The main thing for me over the next four weeks is to begin enjoying myself.”

Cipriani will be joined by a number of his England colleagues, including Paul Sackey, Riki Flutey, Tom Rees and James Haskell, for the Pool Two encounter Wasps that must win to realistically keep their quarter-final hopes alive.

The Twenty one year old says that he is determined to benefit from his November international experiences where England lost to all three of the Tri Nations teams.

“I’ve learned a lot over the past five weeks,” he said.

“I know the results weren’t the best, but England are building to get back to the top.

“There is a massive task at Wasps to get us back up the Guinness Premiership (table) and winning the Heineken Cup.

“My drive and determination to be successful has never stopped, and never will. My body feels good, and I just want to get out there and play.

“Since my (ankle) injury, all my focus has been on me being fit. Now I have got fit, I just want to focus on my game, starting with Edinburgh.”
