Sale Sharks sign Pearce from Leicester Tigers

Laurence Pearce will move from Leicester to Sale Sharks

Aviva Premiership Rugby club Leicester Tigers have signed back rower Laurence Pearce from Leicester Tighers

Laurence joined the Tigers from Rotherham and made an instant impact with his step up from the Championship. Laurence has also played for Hull FC in Super League.

Steve Diamond said, “ Laurence is a dynamic ball carrier who will boost our already abrasive back five. I am so pleased Laurence has signed for us and I am sure he will be a rock in our back row.”
Laurence said he is  “delighted to be moving North to play for Sharks. I would like to thank Leicester Tigers for giving me the opportunity to play in the Premiership and also the fans who have been great to me since I joined Tigers from Rotherham.”
