Fulgence Ouedraogo has extended his contract with Montpellier

France international Fulgence Ouedraogo has re-signed with Top 14 Rugby club Montpellier on a three-year deal.

The France flanker made the announcement after Montpellier trounced Italy’s Calvisano 64-0 in the European Challenge Cup.

Montpellier captain Ouedraogo’s current contract was expected to expire at the end of June but his new contract keeps him with the French side until until 2019.

The twenty-nine-year-old was born in Burkina Faso but has been with Montpellier since 2003 and has won 39 caps for France.

Ouedraogo has played for France in both of the last two Rugby World Cups.
