Australia could find that they will be playing England at Twickenham and Wales in Cardiff at the Millennium Stadium after the Wallabies were drawn in the same pool.

Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) chief executive Roger Lewis said that England's bid for trhe Rugby World Cup included 8 matches to be held at the Millennium Stadium.

England are unlikely to want to give away home advantage to one of their Six Nations rivals so the WRU can be expected to press RWC bosses to make one of the eight matches in Cardiff between Wales and Australia.

"It is very important to remember that Wales was included in England's bid for matches in the Millennium Stadium," said Lewis with a smile on his face.

"What was pencilled in (for the Millennium Stadium) was eight games and the Welsh government and Cardiff city council would provide financial support to the tune of £1.4 million ($2.25 million).

"We would be very welcoming hosts. The discussions will now begin."

"I think they (England) would embrace the opportunity to play in the finest rugby stadium in the world."

England captain Chris Robshaw said that they would want to keep home advantage and play their matches at Twickenham.

"Of course we want to be at Twickenham and have home advantage - 80,000 people shouting you on and cheering you on," Robshaw said.

"We speak about the power of the nation behind us and we definitely felt it on Saturday," the flanker added.

The home crowd drowned New Zealand's Haka out with Englands unofficial anthem 'Swing Low, Sweet Chariot' on Saturday which spurred England on to a famous victory.

However England might not like it but they could be forced to play a match outside of England as the Rugby World Cup draw in 2007 saw France play - and beat - New Zealand in Cardiff whilst France were joint hosts.
