Waratahs and Wallabies back Israel Folau will continue to play Super Rugby for the Waratahs for the next two seasons after agreeing terms to stay on.

According to reports in the Courier Mail the code-hopping Folau has agreed terms with the New South Wales Rugby Union for a two year contract.

The deal is however not completely finalised as the Australian Rugby Union top up component has not been settled but once it has the contract extension will be announced.

The deal is set to make former NRL star Folau one of the highest paid Rugby Union players in Australia.

The two year contract will also mean that Folau is eligible to play for the Wallabies in the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England.

The Waratahs are also expected to announce before the end of August that they have signed Kurtley Beale and he was seen at the club's offices on Thursday.
