Cooper cited for foul play in TriNations decider

Wallabies fly half Quade Cooper has been cited for foul play during Australia's 25-20 TriNations victory over New Zealand in Brisbane.

Cooper has been cited for allegedly kneeing All Black captain Richie McCaw in the head in the 54th minute of the match.

Former South African Test referee Freek Burger has been confirmed as the citing commissioner.
