Wingers Aurelien Rougerie and Benjamin Fall and prop Luc Ducalcon withdrew due to injury Tuesday from France's squad to play defending Grand Slam champion Ireland in the Six Nations.
Ducalcon has a rib injury and will be replaced by veteran Jean-Baptiste Poux, while Rougerie and Fall have neck injuries and are replaced by Alexis Palisson and Julien Malzieu for Saturday's game at Stade de France.
France coach Marc Lievremont had initially announced an unchanged squad after France beat Scotland 18-9 at Murrayfield.
The 30-year-old Poux has played 23 internationals, while the 22-year-old Palisson has scored one try from five tests compared to Rougerie's 21 in 56 matches. Malzieu has 11 caps.
France has several other injuries and is already without lock Sebastien Chabal (back), fullback Damien Traille (knee), prop Fabien Barcella (knee), scrumhalf Jean-Baptiste Elissalde (calf), and lock Romain Millo-Chluski.
Scrumhalf Julien Dupuy is banned for eye-gouging.
