Fijian winger Waisea Nayacalevu has been ruled out of the rest of the Rugby World Cup due to a knee injury he suffered playing against Australia.
Australia’s Wallabies won the match 28-13 and Nayacalevu has now withdrawn from the Fiji World Cup squad.
Fiji coach John McKee says Nayacalevu will now return to his French club Stade Francais club for treatment and rehabilitation.
McKee has called up Montpellier player Timoci Nagusa as an injury replacement.
Meanwhile McKee said that scrumhalf Nikola Matawalu should be available to play Wales next week even though he bruised his back playing against Australia.
Fiji are unlikely to reach the quarter finals as they have lost both matches they have played.
