Latham moving to England

Chris Latham has agreed to a multi-million dollar deal in England which means that Australia has lost another of it’s experienced troopers.

Latham has been linked with English club Worcester for up to three years after he finishes off with the Reds in 2008.

According to the Daily Telegraph Latham can expect the value of the deal to be in the region of AUD $2 million-plus for a three-year stint at Worcester.

It’s also understood that Latham was offered a handsome package to stay in Australia but the contract was laced heavily with incentives which would only kick in with each Test Latham played.

Latham is currently 32 so the three year stint in Worcester, if it pans out, will probably end his career.
