Tuilagi cited for striking

Former Leicester and now Leeds player Andy Tuilagi will face a Rugby Football Union (RFU) Disciplinary Hearing next Monday for striking a player in his Leeds’ 6-29 Guinness Premiership loss to Leicester Tigers last weekend weekend.

The Samoan international recently joined Leeds from Leicester after becoming the fourth member of his family to play for the Tigers after Alesana, Freddie and Henry.

The match was the first time that he was playing against his former club Leicester.

The Disciplinary Panel will be chaired by Antony Davies.
