Saracens scrum-half Mosese Rauluni will captain the Fiji when the islanders battle it out with Japan in their Pool B fixture at the Municipal Stadium, Toulouse on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old Fijian captain will officially start his third World Cup for Fiji when he leads the team out in what could be a most intriguing clash between the two minnows.
