Perpignan have signed Samoan international flanker Henry Tuilagi from Leicester Tigers on a two-year contract, according to the French club.
Tuilagi, 31 and one of five brothers based at the Tigers, had played for the Tigers since 2003, when he joined from Parma.
He has four caps for Samoa, and, along with brother Alesana, is in the Samoan squad for the forthcoming tournament which pitches Samoa against England and South Africa.
