Fiji have named their squad of 30 players for the 2007 Rugby World Cup in France.
They have gone for a 17-13 split between forwards and backs. No captain has yet been named.
An omission is Rupeni Caucaunibuca, the talented wing whose unreliability has severely tested Fijian rugby authorities in the past with his erratic behaviour. He is at present suspended for the use of marijuana. The suspension would be over during the World Cup.
Fiji are drawn in World Cup Group B along with Australia, Wales, Canada and Japan.
