The Lions have confirmed that they came through their Super Rugby opening 8-22 loss to the Hurricanes with a clean bill of health and no new injuries.
The Lions have also been given a boost as Springbok prop Julian Redelinghuys has been cleared and will be available for selection ahead of Saturday’s clash with the Sharks in Durban.
Hooker Robbie Coetzee also returns to full training, including contact, this week.
The only squad member who is currently unavailable for selection is MB Lusaseni, who is expected to be fully recovered over the next several weeks.
