European Challenge Cup Qtr. finalists confirmed

The European Rugby Challenge Cup quarter finalists have been decided and Gloucester, London Irish , Exeter Chiefs and Newport Gwent Dragons will all have home matches.

Top seeds Gloucester host Connacht, Exeter meet Newcastle, the Dragons take on Cardiff Blues and London Irish are at home against Edinburgh in the quarters.

In the semis, the winner of Gloucester and Connacht will have home stadium advantage against Exeter or Newcastle, with London Irish or Edinburgh enjoying that right against the Dragons or the Blues.

The European Rugby Challenge Cup quarter finalists are as follows.

Gloucester v Connacht
Exeter meet Newcastle
Dragons v Cardiff Blues
London Irish v Edinburgh

The draw for the tournament semi-finals was made at Stade Marcel-Michelin in Clermont-Ferrand and the winner of the first named quarter-final in each semi-final pairing will have home stadium advantage.

Semi-final 1:
Gloucester Rugby or Connacht Rugby v Exeter Chiefs or Newcastle Falcons
Semi-final 2:
London Irish or Edinburgh Rugby v Newport Gwent Dragons or Cardiff Blues
