Pitch problem forces Lions to move matches

The Lions have been forced to move their two Super Rugby warm up matches against the Leopards to Barnard Stadium in Kempton Park.

There is a late issue with the pitch at the Lions home ground of Ellis Park so management have decided to move the venue for the two matches.

The pitch problem is expected to have been resolved by the time the regular Super Rugby season starts.

The warm up matches will still be played at 17h00 and 19h00 respectively.

Entrance to the stadium to watch the warm up matches will remain free to supporters.
