Toulon back rower Juan Martin Fernandez-Lobbe will be out of action for up to three months after fracturing his right elbow Saturday in the Top-14 match against Toulouse
The 31-year-old Argentinian came on as a second half substitute, but was forced off the field 15 minutes later after sustaining the injury as Toulon lost 12-13.
Fernandez-Lobbe will undergo an operation to fix the damage done to his elbow and he will miss the November Test matches against England, Wales, Italy and Ireland.
