Former London Welsh captain Jonathan Mills has signed with Aviva Premiership Rugby club Sale Sharks for next season.
Mills was captain of the Exiles last season and featured in 28 of their games.
Formerly with Scarlets and Bath Jonathan joined the Exiles in 2007 and went on to make 169 appearances for the club scoring 12 tries.
Director of Rugby Steve Diamond said, ” Jonathan can play either lock or back row. He is an inspirational player who leads by example.
“He is a very tough player and is only 28 years old. His displays in the Premiership last season were outstanding including a great performance against us at the Salford City Stadium last September. “
“I am sure he will be a big asset to us.”
