Cheetahs beat Sharks in Durban

The Sharks and the Cheetahs have already played each other once this season and in the first match between the teams the Sharks won 22-29 in Bloemfontein.

We are waiting for the kick off.
 
The Sharks kick off and we are underway.
 
2.00: The ball is wet due to the conditions so we are in for a scrappy game. Keegan Daniel passes the ball out the back of the scrum but is caught and the ball goes to ground as no one is there.
 
5.00: The Sharks win a scrum on the Cheetahs put in and Cobus Reinach kicks way downfield.
 
7.00: There is plenty of kicking from both teams. Hennie Daniller goes high and catches a ball showing he can handle pressure under the high ball.  
10.00: Sharks dominating the territory at 72% so far for the match.
 
11.00: Some great play by Cheetahs scrum half Piet Van Zyl almost gets the Cheetahs in for the first try but the Sharks just save the day.
 
15.00: Handling errors Sharks 5 Cheetahs 4 so far. The Cheetahs are enjoying much more territory now.
 
18.00: Still no score. The conditions are forcing too many errors.
 
21.00: The Cheetahs enjoy some running ball but they can’t control the ball and knock on.
 
24.00: There is a break in play as Tendai Mtawarira gets come medical help. Tendai Mtawarira is helped off and Jannie du Plessis comes on.
 
26.00: Penalty to the Cheetahs for Sharks collapsing scrum. They kick for touch.
 
27.00: There is another break in play for an injury – Anton Bresler.
 
29.00: The game resumes and the Cheetahs kicks ahead and Raymond Rhule almost gets away with the first try. Again the ball gets away from him.
 
31.00: The Cheetahs get the ball behind the Sharks again and Raymond Rhule kicks ahead and chases and scores! TRY! The TMO checks. It’s good.
 
32.00: Burton Francis adds the conversion.
 
36.00: The Sharks get the ball into the Cheetahs 22. They go through the phases on attack but can’t get through. The Sharks win a penalty and kick for touch.
 
38.00: The Sharks try to use the rolling maul but the Cheetahs defend. The Sharks could have gone for posts but they went for the line out and came away with nothing.
 
39.00: Another penalty for the Sharks. This time they will kick for posts.
 
40.0: Lambie takes the kick and nails it. The siren sounds for half time. It is half time.

The second half is underway.
 
41.00: The Sharks have replaced Jean Deysel for Anton Bresler.
 
43.00: The teams are both using the up and under repeatedly which is not creating a running game.
 
44.00: Cobus Reinach gets some attention which holds the game up.
 
46.00: Burton Francis attempts a drop goal but he misses.
 
48.00: The Sharks are playing with much more fluidity on the attack. However the Cheetahs weather the storm and win a penalty. Francis kicks for touch.
 
51.00: Meyer Bosman has taken a knock and goes down. He needs some help so we wait. Bosman comes off and Frans Steyn comes on.
 
53.00: Penalty to the Cheetahs. Burton Francis takes the kick but misses.
 
56.00: The Sharks get the ball into the Cheetahs 22.  They g
