Argentina and Stade Francais’ playmaker Felipe Contepomi has announced that he will hang up his rugby playing boots at the end of this season.
The 35-year-old trainee orthopedic surgeon told France Bleu radio that “it was a life decision”, and he would return to Argentina.
But he has left open the possibility of again turning out for the Pumas in the Championship against Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, the second edition of which starts in August.
