Clerc returns as France change squad for England

France coach Phillpe Saint-Andre has made several changes to his Six Nations Championship squad for their fixture against England.


Saint Andre has dropped Maxime Mermoz, Damien Chouly, Fulgence Ouedraogo, Yannick Forestier and Romain Taofifenua following France’s second round loss to Wales in Paris.


The coach has called up Thomas Domingo, Christophe Samson, Yannick Nyanga, Vincent Clerc as well as uncapped Antoine Claassen for the match against England at Twickenham on February the 23rd.


France are the only Six Nations team who have yet to win a match this year and they are currently at the bottom of the standings.
