French Rugby champions Toulouse face a nervous time as they wait to hear how long former All Black fly-half Luke McAlister and France centre Florian Fritz will be out injured.
The international dup were injured in Saturday’s 30-14 Heineken Cup victory over the Ospreys.
McAlister had to go off in the 63rd minute of the match with what general manager Guy Noves termed a suspected ‘muscle tear’ while Fritz will undergo scans to learn how long he will be out of action after he sprained his right ankle.
The 28-year-old was forced to go off shortly after he had scored the hosts second try in the first-half.
Noves will hope he will not be deprived of the duo for long as he has three backs out injured, fullback Clement Poitrenaud, and wings Timoci Matanavou and Yves Donguy.
