The Wallabies playing stocks for their end of year tour have suffered yet another blow as utility back James O’Connor will miss the tour.
O’Connor’s season has already been disrupted due to various injuries but the Wallaby star posted on his Twitter account that he will stay home for rehabilitation on his hamstring.
O’Connor Tweeted,” Jst had meeting with doc looks like ill be in #teamrehab til after spring tour.”
“Gutted I can’t play but no risks with huge year ahead #2013”.
O’Connor later thanked his followers by tweeting, “Thanks for all supportive messages guys, Appreciated!! Been a tough year but also many positives have come from it…”
The Wallabies have already lost stars such as former captain Will Genia with a knee injury and Berrick Barnes with a punctured lung sustained playing in the Rugby Championship.
