Aviva Premiership Rugby Club Sale Sharks have sacked their forwards coach Steve Scott with immediate effect after four straight losses this season.
The former Sale Sharks Forwards Coach Scott joined the joined the Premiership club in December 2010.
CEO Steve Diamond said, “Our results have been poor so far and we decided that we needed to change the coaching structure within the club. “
“We have started the process of finding a replacement to coach the forwards and whilst that process takes place I will be assisting Bryan Redpath prepare the players for the foreseeable future.”
Diamond added, “I would like to place on record my thanks to Steve Scott who has worked hard in his role and always given 100%.”
“I wish him all the best in the future.”
