This home match is particularly special to the Australians – it sees the home send-off of Wallaby triumvirate George Gregan, Stephen Larkham and Jeremy Paul, and Saturday will see the unveiling of a grandstand named after the former two – the Brumbies’ illustrious halfback pairing.

But the Crusaders will no doubt be in a mood to ruin the party. Having won their last six matches, the Christchurch side, having been rejuvenated by the return of their All Blacks has looked fearsome.

This is today’s big match. The Australian Super rugby royalty hosts the NZ and Super Rugby royalty. Both teams are still in line for the Semis. The Crusaders lead the table and the Brumbies appear to be hitting form at the right time of the tournament.
