The Lions have made two changes to the team that lost to the Bulls for their match against the Brumbies in Johannesburg on Friday.
Lionel Mapoe replaces James Kamana on left wing, while Hendrik Roodt receives a starting berth at lock in place of Stephan Greeff.
On the bench, Grant Hattingh could make his Super Rugby debut as replacement lock.
