New Zealander Dan Bowden has confirmed that he will be leaving Aviva Premiership Rugby Club London Irish at the end of the season.
Twenty-five-year-old Bowden joined London Irish in 2010 from the Crusaders and made such a big impact that he went on to win the ‘Players Player of the Year’ award.
While Bowden has not yet revealed where he is going his expected destination is Leicester Tigers.
“Just want to confirm I’ll be leaving at the end of the season,”said Bowden on Twitter.
“Want to say big thanks to London Irish fans for their very passionate support.”
“It’s a club with great people. Humbled to have captained side and to have won players player award. “
“Winning remaining games all that matters.
“Looking forward to a new challenge, seeing some old faces and joining one of the best teams in Europe.”
