Hong Kong beat Kazakhstan in Asian 5 Nations

Hong Kong recorded a surprise win away to Kazakhstan in the Asian Five Nations rugby tournament on Saturday.

In Almaty, Hong Kong came away with a superb 23-10 victory over the hosts, ranked No. 2 in Asia, who were reduced to 13 men midway through the second half after two of their forwards were shown red cards for foul play.

First-half tries for skipper Tom McColl and scrumhalf Peter McKee had already allowed Hong Kong to ease to a 20-3 lead at halftime.

Fly-half Keith Robertson kicked over 13 points.
