Mitchell brings in his new Lions signings

New Lions coach John Mitchell has wasted no time in naming his new Lions signings for his team’s opening clash against the Bulls at Coca-Cola Park on Saturday.

Mitchell has named former Cheetahs wing Lionel Mapoe (pictured), former Bulls hooker and former Sharks prop Pat Cilliers in his new look team.

Former Sharks scrum half Rory Kockott is named on the bench with former captains Wikus van Heerden and Cobus Grobbelaar.
