Final RWC 07 Qualifier this weekend

This Saturday will see the final Rugby World Cup team confirmed when Uruguay and Portugal play the second leg of their RWC qualifiers in Montevideo.

The first leg was won 12-5 by Portugal so Uruguay will need to win by more than seven points in order to claim a spot in Pool C alongside the All Blacks, Scotland, Italy and Romania.


The South Americans played in the 2003 tournament, beating Georgia 24-12 but conceded 243 points in its three other matches against England (111), South Africa (72) and Samoa (60).
