Michalak resumes Top14 training with Toulouse

French international fly-half Frederic Michalak has started training again with his Toulouse team-mates – six months after he ruptured knee ligaments.

The French star who is also popular in South Africa after he played for the Sharks in the Super 14 has been plagued with knee injuries throughout his career.

Michalak suffered the injury to his left knee in March after just two minutes of the Top 14 clash against Stade Francais at the Stade de France in Paris.

This injury was his third serious knee injury in four years.
