Toulouse scrum-half Byron Kelleher will have an operation on his jaw after being examined this week.
The operation which is reportedly scheduled for Thursday will rule Kelleher out of two friendly matches against La Rochelle and Bourgoin.
Kelleher broke his jaw during the match between the Barbarians UK and Ireland in June and thought that it was healed.
He is expected to start playing in the Top 14 on August the 13th against Agen.
