Kiwi Spice leaves Bristol by mutual consent

Jason Spice has left Bristol Rugby on an arrangement of mutual terms with the club.

Spice joined Bristol at the start of the 09/10 season, has come to a mutual agreement with the Club regarding his early exit from Bristol Rugby.

The New Zealander had one year remaining on his contract, and will now be looking to finish off his career with a new challenge.

Paul Hull commented on Spice’s exit from the Club,”We are sorry to lose someone of Spice’s experience.

“His knowledge of the game is second to none and he was a popular character off the field. He, like all of us, was disappointed with how we finished the end of season and we will be sorry to see him leave”

“I am sure Jason will not be without a Club for too long and will add his playing abilities and experience to a Premiership squad or one of the top Magners League teams.”
