British and Irish Cup semi final draw

The draw for the semi finals of the British and Irish Cup has taken place in Cardiff and has determined that Munster will face Ulster and the Cornish Pirates will face Doncaster Knights.

The semi finals will take place on the weekend of April 23-25 and will be as follows.

Semi final 1: Munster v Ulster
Semi final 2: Cornish Pirates v Doncaster Knights

The winner of semi final 2 will have home advantage in the final, which will take place on Sunday, May 16 at 6pm, live on Sky Sports HD.

British and Irish Cup Tournament Director Terry Burwell said: “We now have two mouth watering semi finals for players, coaches and supporters of these clubs and provinces.”

“There will also be an Anglo Irish final live on Sky Sports HD which will further showcase this exciting new cross-border competition.”
