Croft’s yellow streak to be punished

Queensland Reds flanker David Croft will face a disciplinary hearing on Monday night after receiving his third yellow card in four games of the Super 14.

Croft will appear before SANZAR judicial officer Harold Shand QC at at Ballymore.

Croft received yellow cards against the Brumbies (February 17) for fighting, Blues (February 24) for persistent infringements and on Friday in the 33-17 loss to the Highlanders in Dunedin, also for a persistnet infringement.

This is the first time Croft has been required to face a judiciary in 74 consecutive games in Super Rugby.
