Ex-All Blacks flanker Holah who is now 33 will come off contract with the Ospreys at at the end of the season and he is expected to be offered a new contract.
Holah’s new contract deal is expected to be a one year deal.
Ospreys director of coaching Scott Johnson said: “We will sit down with Marty and see how he is feeling physically.
“But I love him and we definitely want to keep him.” he told the Mirror.
“He is a wonderful human being and rugby player. It’s a great combination.”
