The Blue Bulls Company (Pty) Ltd have announced that former Springbok and Bulls hooker Gary Botha has signed a contract with the BBC and will be available for the Bulls and Blue Bulls until October 31, 2011.
Botha has, at his request, been released by London Harlequins for whom he will play his last match this weekend against Bath.
A World Cup winner with the Springboks in 2007, and also a part-time captain of the Blue Bulls, Botha could be included in the the side for the Blue Bulls’ last Currie Cup match before the playoffs against the Leopards at the Bafokeng Stadium near Rustenburg next weekend.
