Newcastle Falcons lose another five players

Newcastle Falcons has confirmed that fullback Steve Jones has signed with Edinburgh.


The club has also revealed that Ross Beattie, John Rudd, Tim Visser and Andy Long are all leaving Kingston Park.


Director of rugby, Steve Bates, said: “We thank all five players for their efforts during their time at Newcastle.


“They have all been excellent professionals who gave everything on and off the field, and we wish them every success at their respective new clubs.”
