Japan beat S Korea to retain Five Nations Title

Defending champions Japan trounced South Korea 80-9 on Saturday to win the Asian Five Nations crown for a second year running, reinforcing their status as the continent’s top team.


Japan have already beaten Kazakhstan 87-10 and Hong Kong 59-6.


They are scheduled to play Singapore in their last game on May 23.

 

Meanwhile the match between Hong Kong and Singapore in the Asian Five Nations rugby tournament ended as Hong Kong 64 Singapore 6 – H-t: 24-6.
