France international scrum-half Morgan Parra is to leave Bourgoin for Top 14 rivals Clermont.
The 20-year-old said he would sign a four-year deal with Clermont in the coming days and join the club at the season’s end.
“After several weeks of reflection, I’ve chosen to sign shortly with Clermont for four years,” he said.
“My experience at Bourgoin has allowed me to play alongside some great players and I have made many friends, but I need to play for a big club like Clermont to make a breakthrough in my career.”
Parra made his international debut last season, starting against England in the Six Nations and coming on as a replacement against Ireland and Scotland.
