The Waratahs have survived an injury scare ahead of their Round Two Super 14 encounter with the Sharks in Durban on Friday.
Scrum-half Josh Valentine failed to complete training on Wednesday, due to a sore groin, but the No.9 dismissed it as a “minor” complaint.

The hooker was taken out by an accidental boot to the ankle by Sam Norton-Knight, while both were travelling at high speed.

The Waratahs will finalise their preparations with a captain’s run on Thursday.
