Sackey on the mend

Wasps and England winger Paul Sackey is on the recovery road and could return to full training in three or four weeks after undergoing successful surgery on his knee.

The surgeons removed small loose bone fragments from within his knee.

Sackey scored a superb try for England in their shock loss against Argentina in the November internationals before an injury forced him off early during that match.

The injury has forced Sackey out of England’s opening Six Nations game against Scotland at Twickenham on February 3.
