Bristol get their break against Toulon

Bristol bounced back from last weeks 33-15 defeat to Montpellier by beating Toulon convincingly by 39 points to 11 at the Memorial Stadium.


The result is Bristol’s first victory of the season having lost all of their Guinness Premiership matches and last week;s European Challenge Cup fixture.  


A try from Lilo and 14 points from Adrian Jarvis’s boot gave Bristol control of the match and led 19-11 lead at half-time


Toulon however failed to add to their second half score while Bristol ran in 20 points through late tries from Dan Ward-Smith (pictured) and Joe El Abd.
